Flips Advanced 2 Curriculum

Flips Advanced 2 is a 55-minute class that continues to build on what was learned in Flips Advanced and introduces more advanced tumbling skills such as front limbers, backbend kick-overs, front handsprings, round-off back handsprings, front flips and aerials.
