Andy joined JAG in February of 2011 to join our team coaching staff.  Originally from Houston, Texas, Andy brings with him twelve years of competitive gymnastics experience, class 6-class 1, and over twenty years of coaching experience. He has coached gymnasts from level 4-elite and also has sports experience in youth soccer, baseball, and high school diving.  Andy retains his USAG professional membership, is safety certified by USAG, a certified meet director, and trained in first aid and CPR by the American Red Cross.  Andy also has experience in judging trampoline, and was elected as the Women’s So-Cal North sectional representative from 2006-2008.  Andy holds his Associate’s Degree in Commercial Art from the Colorado Institute of Art, and has completed coursework in Economics from the Metropolitan State College of Denver.  Outside of JAG, Andy enjoys motorcycle custom painting, computer graphics/design, and training and caring for his 9 pets with his wife.
