Helga was born in the UK and lived in London for 20 years before arriving in Los Angeles with her husband, 3 children, and Golden Retriever 9 years ago. Helga has a background in marketing and design, specializing in costume design and the use of vintage fabric. She arrived at JAG to join the Front Desk team with a different outlook. She is the mother of a former JAG gymnast, who started with recreational classes and ended up competing at Nationals, now coaching here during her college holidays. Her daughter's experience at JAG, made Helga want to be part of the team. During her free time, Helga loves to hike with her dogs, take yoga classes, and go to the movies.
