J.R. Roughton Return to Staff
Vice President and General Manager
J.R. Roughton has been with JAG since it first opened in 2004 and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President. With nearly 20 years of coaching under his belt, J.R. holds multiple professional certifications including national recognition as Business Executive, Recreational Program Director and JO Developmental Coach from USA Gymnastics. J.R. works with children because he is a giant 10 year old who still watches cartoons and reads comics. J.R. lives in the valley with his wife and two children, which makes his commute manageable but not ideal.
