Girls Gym is taught as a 50 minute class. The Girls Gym Curriculum consists of beginner skills including forward rolls, straight, tuck, and straddle jumps, and bat swings. This curriculum also gives the gymnasts a basic understanding of cartwheels, handstands, and backward rolls. Gymnasts need to complete backward rolls on the floor as well as full and upright handstands and cartwheels.
