Ninja Curricululm
Ninja Gym is a fusion of obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts, and freestyle movement. In this program, these are combined to create ninja-style moves that are used to conquer challenges and elude (imaginary) opponents, the result is a skill-based, fast-paced, fun program geared just for boys and girls who have enormous energy and are looking for a great program to boost their athleticism.
Ninja (Ages 5-11)
SAFETY BAND: Safety vault, Safe Landing Position, Safety Roll
